    Fantastic product! I began taking cinnamon many, many years ago to help regulate blood sugar and help curb my sweet tooth. I didn’t think twice about what type until I read an article about the possible contaminants that might be in other varieties. That article pointed me in the direction of Ceylon Cinnamon for daily consumption. The other cinnamon supplements smelled pretty good but this one smells amazing!

    I am not a diabetic. I take cinnamon to help me not crave sweets. It works. It really does! If you have a sweet tooth and that tooth might be getting in the way of you shedding some pounds… Take this. You will notice a difference!
